Answer a few questions and the forecast works out how likely you are to finish the race and what time is realistic. Watch your forecast develop along the way.
Work out your chances
If you don’t finish Vasaloppet or Öppet Spår, you get 600 SEK back or next season free. Applies when you buy the plan for the whole season.
Read the termsYour watch sends your heart rate and you say how the session felt. With every session the plan knows more about your form, and the next period is built around it.
Training increases step by step, with planned lighter weeks where your body has time to recover and get stronger.
The season is planned backwards from race day. In the final week you train less but sharper, so your legs are fresh when the starting gun goes.
You choose which days you can train and how many hours the week can hold. The plan stays within that.
If you can’t train today, you say so with one tap. A hard session is moved, an easy one is dropped, and if the week falls apart it is recalculated.

More days, fewer hours or a different long session day. Change your schedule mid-stage and the rest is recalculated. You see what changes before anything is saved.

Ill or away? One tap is enough. The days become rest, and if you’re ill you rest until you’re well, without having to say when.
After a trip or an illness you start easy and then build back up to your usual training. No hard sessions in the first few days, so your body can catch up.
The sessions you do are logged automatically. Garmin, Coros and Suunto connect via Strava. If you don’t have a watch, you tick the session off in the app.

Today Traqeo builds plans for long-distance ski races: the five Vasaloppet races and classics such as Birkebeinerrennet, Marcialonga and Tartu Maraton. All races are listed under Races in the menu.
The first week is free, and you don’t need a card to try it. After that there are two ways to pay for the same plan. Race Pass: 999 kr, one payment that lasts all the way to the race, with the goal guarantee included. Flex: 99 kr per week, cancel whenever you like.
The trial week is 7 days. If you want to continue after that, you choose Race Pass or Flex. You haven’t given us a card, so nothing is charged automatically.
Yes. The plan starts from where you are today, and if you have little training behind you, the first weeks are shorter and easier.
If you don’t finish Vasaloppet or Öppet Spår, you get 600 SEK back or next season free. Included with the Race Pass. Not part of Flex. Register your bib number and name in the app no later than the day before the start. Everything about the guarantee is in the terms.
No. With a watch your sessions are logged automatically, but ticking them off in the app works just as well.
Strava and Apple Health. If you have a Garmin, Polar, Coros or Suunto, your sessions come in via Strava, as long as the watch syncs there.
Tell the app. If you’re ill or away, the plan pauses and you come back at an easy pace. If you miss a session, it is moved or dropped, and if the week falls apart it is recalculated.
